In line with the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. No justification is needed.
Upon cancellation:
A full refund, including delivery charges, will be issued within 14 days.
Return shipping is your responsibility.
5. Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Exceptions:
Personalized or perishable items cannot be returned.
To complete a return:
Include the completed returns form.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Payment Methods
We accept payment in Euros (€) only. See our Payment Page for accepted methods.
We do not accept:
Cash
Cheques
Gift vouchers

7. Pricing Policy
All prices include VAT where applicable and are listed in Euros (€).
We reserve the right to:

Cancel orders with pricing errors (with prior notice and refund).

Products are removed from the site once sold out. In cases of unavailability, we will notify you using the contact details provided.
9. Delivery Information
Delivery estimates depend on item availability and successful payment.
Delivery fees are calculated based on order weight and destination.
Shipment tracking information will be provided.
10. Hampers and Gift Boxes
These are delivered separately from non-hamper items.
For Christmas deliveries:
International orders: Place by December 1st.
Cyprus orders: Place by December 20th.
